Documents Needed for Loss Mitigation

While you are waiting to here back from us, it would be helpful if you started gathering the following information/documents especially if wanting a loan modification or short sale.  Don't worry if you can't find everything, we will work with what you have available.

  2. Mortgage Statement that shows lender, loan number, interest rate, and payment amount
